The cost of shipping will vary based on the selected shipping service, the origin of the items you’ve chosen, and the destination. We offer expedited shipping for all destinations, and standard shipping is available in select countries. - Processing: When we receive your order, we process it within one business day (excluding holidays and weekends). Order processing takes place during regular business hours from Monday to Friday.
- Provider Fulfillment: After processing your order, our providers fulfill the items. This stage may take up to 15 business days, depending on the products. The estimated processing time for each specific product is displayed at the cart and checkout pages. Please note that orders containing bags, shoes, or hand-made items may require additional time for fulfillment. In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays or out-of-stock items from our providers, and in such instances, we may ship your order in separate packages.
- Shipped: Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers (multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in multiple packages). The shipping time varies between 1-15 business days, depending on the shipping method and your country of residence.

Please ensure that you enter the correct and valid shipping address, and if you discover any errors, contact us immediately. You can also avoid the shipping address change fee by utilizing the free tools provided by the courier, such as UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.
In the event that a package is returned to our warehouse because the customer failed to receive, refused to receive, or neglected to pick it up (typically, delivery couriers make three delivery attempts and then store the package for 10 to 25 days), customers will be charged a penalty fee. This fee includes the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any applicable tariffs (exact amount determined after the package is received at our warehouse). The penalty fee varies by country and will be communicated to customers individually.
